We agree to meet "all the costs" of Advertising, Marketing, Body Corporate disclosure statement costs, Contract preping, everything, you will not be out of pocket anything not one cent, you have nothing to lose whatsoever....

Furthermore even if we are successful with the sale of your property but have failed to reach the price we beleived the property would sell for, in the time limit we set we again will absorb all the Advertising and marketing costs. Naturally some conditions apply.
