Rental Returns

For the sake of this illustration we have estimated rental returns based on similar properties.

As we are sure you are aware rental returns differ from apartment to apartment some are used frequently by owners (diminishing returns) while others are not.

Some apartments may have be in a similar position with similar outlooks and views and even be identical in size yet may differ in rental return due to the condition of the apartment.

While we have made every attempt to be accurate while leaning on the side of conservatism, we suggest that each apartment is taken on its own merits and that you do your own investigation to the possibilities of rental returns.
