Different ways to list your property

There are 3 different ways to list your property on the "form 22a appointment to act".

  • Open Listing: Where you can appoint a number of different agents but you only have to pay the agent that sells the property
  • Sole listing: where you and a selected agent can sell the property, if you sell it you don't have to pay the agent commission.
  • Exclusive listing: where you give full control to the agent, this is usually the most common type of listing as it gives "the responsiblity" to the agent. Some agents "will only work" on exclusive listings.
